THIS SUPERB ANDALUSIAN HOUSE overlooks Playa del Cañuelo, a beautiful unspoiled beach situated in the Maro-Cerro Gordo Nature Reserve. The house enjoys spectacular views of the Mediterranean and the coastline as far as Málaga.
After nearly falling into ruin 15 years ago, El Cuartel - the name of this grand old property – has been entirely refurbished. It is now divided into two fully independent parts, El Velero and  El Delfin, the property being offered here. El Delfin has 2 floors and contains 3 large bedrooms, 1 vast living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a large bathroom. It also has its own private terraces, gardens and car-parking places.

Playa del Cañuelo is a 400m long beach of sand and small pebbles. It is one of the very few unspoiled parts of the Andalusian coast remaining and the habitat of a large number of protected wild animals, such as wild goats, foxes, boars and a huge variety of birds, which can often be seen from the house. Schools of dolphins can also be seen now and then swimming along the shore - hence the name 'El Delfin'.
Thanks to its beautiful cliffs and creeks, clean waters and rich sea life, this place is also famous for scuba-diving, as diving in the area is basically possible all year round.

While being situated in a totally preserved environment, El Delfin offers all the features one needs to have an excellent and very comfortable vacation. Its exceptional location, only a few paces from the sea, makes El Delfin one of the most unique destinations on the Andalusian coast.
