A beautiful countryhouse with breathtaking views

Casa Adelfa is the name of a very beautiful country house located in Pago Cantalobo, at about 5 km from Almuñecar. This area overlooks the valley called 'Valle Tropical', in the heart of the region with the mildest climate in Europe. Here are cultivated number of tropical plants, such as the cherimole, a exquisite fruit which cannot grow in any other region in Europe than around Almuñecar.


Casa Adelfa offers two bedrooms, one vast living room, one kitchen, one bathroom and a very large terrace with spectacular panoramic views over the valley, the mountains of Sierra Nevada, the town of Almuñecar and the sea. 

Casa Adelfa offers plenty of calm and privacy, while providing all elements to spend very relaxing holidays in a very pleasant environment. This all while being very close to the coast and the city of Almuñecar, it's numerous services and activities.

Remarks: there are 2 accesses from Almuñecar: one is almost completely asphalted (with the exception of about 50m) and lasts about 20 minutes. The second one is much shorter but presents a non asphalted portion of about 400m.
Finally a common part is totally asphalted, with a certain number of bends. Both accesses can be used by all types of vehicles; yet we do not recommend this property to people who do not like driving in mountain areas.
