Residential Cañada del Barco consists in 1-bedroom apartments situated at the ground floors of two 3 floor buildings, with gardens and a large shared swimming pool. The entrance is strictly reserved to the renters. 
 The residence is situated at 5 km from Nerja, nearby Torrox Costa, at less than 150m from the beach. Several restaurants and a supermarket are available at less than 100m away.
 
 All apartments are situated on the ground floor and have a private terrace, from which one has direct access to the pool. The pool is available from 10/04 to 30/09; it is entirely fenced, has a secured swimming area for children, garden showers and individual cabins. Cañada del Barco has also a private playfield for children. Parking at Cañada del Barco is very easy; you can also rent a private parking place.
 Air conditioning is available in one of the apartments (availability on request)
