INCLUDED AS STANDARD: service charges (water, electricity), bath & kitchen towels, cleaning and linen change on arrival and departure. A baby-bed and chair are normally available on demand, without extra charge.

RATES always apply to the entire property - these are not rates per person. Prices are normally shown per week, although most properties can also be rented for a 3, 4 or 5 day period. For stays not corresponding to full weeks the price is calculated based on a pro rata basis.

Example:
If the week price is 375.00 Euro, a 5 days stay would cost [375 / 7] * 5 = 267.00 Euro.

If a stay includes periods covering different rates, the price is calculated based on the number of days per weekly rate.
Example:
For a stay from 28th July (week rate: 760.00 Euro) to 6th August (week rate: 825.00 Euro), the total price would be:
[3 days in July] + [6 days in August] = [(760 / 7) * 3] + [(825 / 7) * 6] = 325 + 707 = 1032.00 Euro.

DISCOUNTS can be offered on demand for rentals of 3 weeks or more, and sometimes for last-minute bookings. A monthly rate can be offered for longer stays. Discounts are generally offered only during low or middle season.
 
Payments

After agreement on dates and prices, details are required to complete the booking. A booking document containing the rental contract, contact details and a road map is sent to the tenant. A deposit of 20 to 40% - depending on the property - will be required. Payments from a account in the Netherlands are with no charge. For payments from other countries inside the Euro zone, we suggest European bank transfers with IBAN. From other parts of the world, credit card payments by PayPal generate only 4% charges, less than the usual bank charges.

CANCELLATIONS: there is normally no refund in case of cancellation by the tenant. Separate insurance is normally available for this eventuality.
