Playa, at about 2 km from the center of Nerja.
Build on the top of a hill overlooking the valley of the 'Rio Seco'
river and surrounded by tropical fruit plantations, the property
enjoys a wonderful panoramic view over the sea, the valley and the
mountains of Frigiliana.
The house is entirely fenced and out
of the view from any neighbouring property and offers therefore total calm and
privacy, while being close to shops, restaurants and services
(2 km).
The sea
and the beach of 'El Playazo' are only 900m away. |

REMARKS:
Villa El Puntal counts in her surroundings a number of
greenhouses where local farmers - including the owners of El
Puntal - grow fruit and vegetable. If most of our visitors do
not give special attention to this point, we understand that
some others could view it as a visual disturbance.
The second point relates to access. Getting by car inside the
property requires to drive a longer road from Nerja (about 10
minutes). A shorter access is available by leaving the car down
a small hill and walking up for about 50 metres. |
